POSTPONED.
We’re sorry to announce that our schedule event this Saturday in partnership with the Premier League stars at Chelsea FC, and local favorites Harwich & Parkeston FC, has been postponed.
This is due to low booking numbers. The event will be re-scheduled for a later date.

Saved...Football Welcomes the Kindertransport was for 11 to 14 year olds – with expert football coaching and education from the Chelsea FC Foundation.
All participants would also gain free entry into the match that day between Harwich & Parkeston FC and Burnham Ramblers. And there’s a fantastic football goody bag for all those taking part!
This year marks the 80th anniversary since the arrival of almost 10,000 Jewish children to Britain from Europe to escape the Nazi’s, and the Surrender & Sanctuary Project is championing Harwich’s role as the first point of contact for these young people.
The story of the children’s arrival featured in The Picture Post and celebrated photo journalist Kurt Hutton came to Harwich to capture the children playing football, and we will have our special SAVED Kurt Hutton photography and football exhibition on display.
Inspired by these images the Harwich Haven team have put together this fantastic football event for young people, and under 16s can come to see the Senior match at Harwich & Parkeston FC at 3pm for free!
